Our firm regularly provides services as a Mediator to assist parties with resolving vehicle accident cases, workers' compensation claims, probate litigation and business disputes. Ted is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a General Civil Mediator and is a Licensed Neutral by the State of Georgia. 

We offer both in person or tele-conferencing/Zoom mediations. Our office is located in the Cunningham Center which is conveniently located adjacent to the Columbus State University main campus. The Cunningham Center has plenty of free parking and access to several conference rooms that can be used for the mediation.

The hourly rates charged by many mediators today have become cost prohibitive.  Our goal is to provide effective, affordable mediation services in Columbus, Georgia and in the surrounding counties. We do not charge a fee for cancelling or rescheduling.
